Do we accept easy returns? Yes! Customer satisfaction is our goal! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days. After receiving your order, if there are any hair issues, such as wrong hair quality and color and length, please contact us at upgradeuhair@upgradeuhair.com to initiate an exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
1 Reminder: All items must be returned in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and labeled on the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or used products. Make sure the wig is intact and the lace is not cut. All returned items will be checked to determine if you are eligible for an exchange/refund.
3. Please note that if you want to return any part or all of your order, you need to contact customer service first, after confirmation you can return it. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyers need to pay return shipping. Or you can keep the product and negotiate a refund directly with our customer service.

Refund
1. If the return is due to our problem (eg: incorrect product, product quality problem), we will give a full refund.
